Cigköfte is made from bulgur, 18 spices, tomato paste, and oil. In early June, the Cigköftem snack bar opened in the Westarkaden, dedicated to this dish. The restaurant, part of the franchise group, is the first of its kind in Freiburg and its surroundings.
